Frequently asked questions
What syntax does the page box accept?
Single pages (7), ranges (2-5), open-ended ranges (8- for page 8 to the end), and any combination separated by commas. The words all, odd, even and last also work.
Can I change the page order at the same time?
Yes. Pages come out in the order you list them, so typing 3, 1, 2 gives you those three pages in that sequence.
